Dominique HERTENBERGER, the President

Born into a family of artists (painters, engravers and sculptors), he is passionate about drawing, painting and music. After studying archeology, urban planning and architecture, he graduated from the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris in 1968.
 
He founded his first agency in 1970 in Paris and carried out many projects in this historic city, ranging from rehabilitation to development of large housing complex. He quickly became well known for his commitment to classical architecture. In 2001, he founded the HVJ Architecture agency with two partners. 

His achievements include a hundred residential buildings, mainly in Paris and Ile-de-France, a few hotels, office buildings, residences and restructuration of historic buildings; In China, residential towers in collaboration with Arte Charpentier and prestigious classical buildings in Beijing and Hangzhou (with Zhong Rong Group Holding); in Russia and Greece, it carries out urban planning, private palaces, villas and hotels.

During his forty-year career, he expresses his sensitivity and knowledge in the control of classical
architecture, while integrating with harmony the requirements of modern comfort.

 

Raymond Loïc CHAN, Technical Director 


Born in Taiwan, he first studied architecture in Taipei, where he graduated in 2000. Arrived in France in 2003, he studied at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Paris La Villette and received ADE and HMONP diplomas in 2006. Fascinated by the history of classical architecture, his books collection already includes over 200 reference books from the sixteenth to the nineteenth century.

Dominique Hertenberger’s assistant since 2006, it was first project manager for the implementation and architectural monitoring of large housing projects in France (Example: Serris / Val d'Europe with Vinci Immobilier) and China (Example: Chang’An No. 1, with Beijing Zhong Rong Group Holding). Now, he is also in charge of the proposals and architectural design missions for projects abroad (China, Russia, USA, etc ...).
